| Snow throwin' water roosting action!
Finally got a taste of winter today, with snow starting to fall about midnight last night. (We were in Florida during the freak October snow storm.) We woke up to about 6 inches of snow and me and my Bro-in-law had to go play in the woods. He's running a Tamiya Hi-Lift w/a four link, 27T motor, XL-5 ESC, 8.4 volt Nimh pack and RC4WD Mickey Thompson Baja's. I am running the Wraith w/VXL ESC, 20T motor, 7.4 Lipo and Pro-Line Chisels. What a blast we had this morning!! Just getting started.... Nice scenery shot. Follow the leader! Snowy and wet.... Blasting through the snow in a four wheel drive Lipo sleigh.... Watch out for the roost! The snow keeps it interesting for sure.... When in doubt, throttle out!! |

Yea it was definately 6". The highlift was working hard to get through, a lot of forward and backward motions. We usually stick to the water trail, aside from some hidden rocks, its easier to through. My truck prefers to be operated as a submarine, so it is more then happy until it got out in the air and the drive shaft sliders started freezing up.
