Which Axle Shafts?

Just sheared off the stock dogbone, so what axle shafts are stronger? BTW I'm running a 3300 pro4 on 3s.

Well I have already broke the rc4wd set I upgraded to so I am trying to get my hands on some Axial CVs, they look stronger and there is replacement pins for them cheap so you can have them ready to go when they break. I don't think you want to go stronger than that as then you will start breaking the shaft it self or something else. Fuseable cheap link is nice to have just my suggestion. To add the rc4wd replacements are alot more money and harder to get so I am making the switch.

the dog bone pin broke? or the actual shaft of the axle? If its the pin, press it out(i used a sleeve on one side to leave space in the vice for the broken piece to come out, and a pin to press it out on the other side), fine a small nail the right diameter as the stock pin, and press it in the same way you pressed the old one out. Literally did this an hour ago and it works perfect. I made my pin a little longer so it cant slip at all in the drive cup anymore. Hopefully this will hold me over until the universals become available.

Not the pin, but the shaft broke about 1/4 inch away from the pin. Any reviews on the HR shafts?
