Can you please tell me what you used to cut the cage where the two parts fit together to get such a neat joint ?

A tubing cutter like you would use on brake line,slices thru it like butter."thumbsup"

sorry i havent kept up with this thread the alum stock you can get in mcmaster it doesn't have to be alum its just a pc i had on the rack it can be anything metal to hold the drill bit centered i like the way some of those rigs are looking in my opp i like the look alot better than stock

I used a 106mm 30 degree bent link for mine, and it fits good with a spare tire :)

I just used some spare stainless tubing I had and put a small bend in them to get the look I was after. I think it looks good along with the chassis moved forward.

Loooks good, how much did you move chassis forward? Looks about 3/8"?

Sorry for the late reply. Haven't been online in a couple weeks. 3/8" is pretty close, but I never did measure it. I just moved the chassis forward until the front and rear shocks were at the same angle, which happened to center the chassis over the skid and even out the look of the tires in the wheel wells. It was just an experiment that I happened to like, plus I like to be different.
