How should I mount my shooterfab aluminum hood?

I just received my aluminum body panel & shooterfab aluminum hood order today from carterfab! Panels and hood are very nice!

Since the aluminum hood is not pre-drilled for mounting holes, just wondering how I should mount the hood? I would like to do the 1/4" cable strap mod, so the hood hinges open. I'm a little nervous about trying to locate and drill mounting holes myself. I really don't want to screw up a nice hood. I had thought about attaching a couple 3 or 4mm nuts on underside of the hood, at the back for the hinge mod - maybe use a tiny bit of JB weld (or the putty stuff that comes in the roll) on each nut to secure them to the hood. It would take but tiny amount of the putty stuff to hold the nuts in place. That would give me something to run a screw into. In the front, I had read about attaching small rare earth magnets to the underside of the hood and using a short, flat steel screw in the stock body post location on the frame. That's a couple ideas I had, but open to others.

Does anyone have any ideas, or any experience with mounting the shooterfab hood?

I would appreciate any help or ideas you have.

I have that hood but mine doesn't fit very well. I am kinda bummed about that. I might be selling or trading it soon. I just placed it on the Wraith and it seems a little too narrow in the cowl area.
