Default Hydro's Wraithokee a 1.9 wraith

Buying this today! Its a 1.9 wraith, Im going to get a proline Jeep Cherokee body for it! It will be sweet!

Pictures taken by original owner

It will be sporting:
A XL5 ESC
27t Reedy motor
2.4 traxxas RX and TX
(this is an old brushed system out of my slash, before I switched it to brushless)

Future stuff:
-Recaro seats
-3racing winch
-TSL tires
-Proline Jeep Cherokee body of course lol
-I think these wheels would be pretty sweet on it with the Jeep body?
-Possibly a brushless setup
-Dinky RC drop box in the back

Alright it was suppose to come today but I got info from grunt95 that it was shipped on a plan that is affected by the Hurricane Sandy. Darn it Sandy! lol.

On another note, I hope everyone affected by it in any way, stays safe!

Did some more digging around in my hobby section of our barn, and found an old bumper that used to be on my Ford build. It had some light buckets, so I got them off and put them on the wraith!

grunt95 as an addition, threw in this honcho bed and he fitted it so it fits in the back of the wraith chassis.

Fits pretty nice

Im thinking my guns will fit alright back here. Just need to figure out how to get them to stay. The tree has a gun rack on it, but not sure where to put it where it fits. Only place is on top of the gas tank. lol!

EDIT:
Also found out that my Wild Willy Driver MIGHT be getting here tomorrow too. Time to test my not so pro painting skills.

Here is my usage of the parts tree guns and rack the stay well and I used a small drip of hot melt glue to keep the guns tight but removable if needed.

Pretty simple just measured and fit everything in, the ends I cut to make them open ended ( C ) instead of being closed up like a normal ball end. Then I warmed up the gun rack tabs with a lighter so they had a similar shape to the ball ends then used some black tire CA to fasted them to the links.

Now I don't have to look at those guns on the parts tree anymore!

Degrease the parts thoroughly.
Glue the head.Don't forget the m3 nut!
Glue the legs.
Glue the arms but do not glue them to the body because they will need a little modding to make Willy fit the interior.
Mod Willy's back so the loinsupports of the seat will not get in the way.
Mod his right foot/boot so the trans tunnel will not get in the way.
Place Willy in his seat and mod his arms so they will be in the desired position.
Prime the parts with white or lightgrey primer.
Mask his face with tape or liquid mask.
Paint everything in the colors of your choice.
After painting the helmet paint his face.
Glue his arms to the body and touch up the paint.

Hey guys thanks for the help! As for the Wild Willy, he is here, although I had attempted to paint him, and it looks like crap, so I dont even want to show my paint job....im sending him off to a vendor soon to fix my screw up. lol!

Another question, this one is about the "battery to the front mod". What battery are you guys using to fit in that tiny space?
