Default Help Diagnosing problem with Axial Universals.

So I have snapped both the short side and long side universals on my wraith in the last week. I snapped the short side a few days ago and bought another set of the axial universals and then snapped the long side today. My front axle is fully built, Vanquish housing, vanquish locker, vanquish knuckles, Vanquish C-Hubs, Axial HD bevel gear/Pinion, Vanquish Steering and drag links, Vanquish Panhard and CMS, Fast Eddy Bearings, Rockscience Gear Gel, Futaba S-9157 Servo (CC 10A BEC direct wired), and powered by Mamba Max Pro and Tekin Pro4 3300kV.

Are the Axial shafts too weak for the Pro4 and I need to upgrade to the Vanquish VVDs?

Have you adjusted your steering epa's?
You have to turn them down... to make sure there is no binding at full lock.
If you over steer into a bind, the Pro4 has enough power to destroy them.

I have my EPs set just before the Tires contact the lower links. Maybe that's too far, they don't seem to bind though. I still have 1 whole set of Axial universals, I'll try and back the EP down some and see if I snap one again before dropping the dough on the Vanquish VVDs.

Do the VVDs have more steering angle?
