Anyway she'd some light as to why, and a fix?

If the holes aren't too badly stripped out just doing that will fix your problem.. Otherwise some CA glue *and* the 3mm fine thread should do it.

Coarse thread has no business being used for applications such as this but Axial doesn't seem to get it.

Hi

I had the same problem with the scews stripping out. I finally ended up going with the axail aluminum knucles and chubs

Axial Aluminum Steering Knuckle Set (Black) (2) [AXI30760] | RC Cars & Trucks - A Main Hobbies

Axial Aluminum C-Hub Carrier Set (Black) (2) [AXI30762] | RC Cars & Trucks - A Main Hobbies

Suprisingly the coarse thread screws 3mm from AXIAL are backing out of my aluminum pieces. Guess I have learned the heard way will have to put in fine thread srcews

Thanks Scott

Buy a set of Beef Tubes and use some fine thread bolts, Loctite them and you're done

Why?

Because those are the screws that axial sent me.with the aluminun knuckles to use

They never specified or reccomended ti use a different type of screw with there product, so i didnt know.any different. The chubs will end up being replaced one way or another.
