Open the door on the top of your remote where the lights are and play with the knobs. It's nice to know what they do and will be your friend when used correctly |

The best and easiest way to check the setting for the drag brake is with a Castle Link. It's $20 well spent and makes programming the ESC super quick and easy. | |

You can get through the programming settings on the AE-2 with beeps. It will only allow you to set 80% drag I believe through the Beep method. Invest in the Castle Link as previously stated, it makes all your ESC woe's go away. Easy to program, set lipo cutoff, change between brushed/brushless and even brake/throttle curves. Get to your LHS and ask. They should have one. The knobs on the radio have nothing to do with the drag brake, that was misguided advice, at best. Hope that helps. |

Castle link is awesome. I'm running about 80% drag brake. Castle has a crawler setting its like 213% drag brake and won't roll down hills and off rocks. But not good for bashing. |

Castle creations .com. download the program. Buy the castle link. Programming is super easy. Your more likely to mess up setting with the beepmethod. There are so many tuning options with the castle link. Your missing out on a ton of features if you ddon't use it. |

Sv2 is basic. Drag brake. Punch control, timing, brake power, reverse option's, lvc All fits into basic stuff. My guess is very few on this forum who have castle controllers also have the castle link. Castle may have disabled an option or two on axial branded stuff. |
