i emailed them about old tires in new compounds and they said that there is a certain process each tire has to go through. but wouldnt that be the same process for all of their new x2ss tires though?

If it meant having a rig that performed well I'd follow the crowd and get the tires that work, rather than get a set of tires that no one else has and end up with a rig that performs poorly.

I ran those tires for a while on my Crawlmaro wraith. In the back yard they seemed fine. But when I put them to the test at Axialfest against the swampers, iroks, ripsaws, the only positive I could come up with was "At least they look cool". If you want to have a chance in competing against other trucks, DO NOT order the Two Face tires.
