Default Ballin' on a budget, Transmission suggestions?

Hey guys, I am getting my wraith to that more durable next level and am pretty confident in the axles, drivelines and skill.

The transmission is the next thing that i would like to prepare for a roc 412 3100kv motor.

What do you guys like the best on a budget and what do you suggest for upgrades other than the obvious 32p gears.

I know Supershafty has the cat's meow available but 270 just seems a bit steep for my budget. I think i have more fun sticking to budgets in this hobby vs going over the top.

Let me know, thanks in advance

put some metal gears in the transmision for robinson racing, and if you enough money, some MIP shafts would, for extra cost you can also replace the transmision housing with a metal one, that's how i do it,and had no problem with it

If you search for the "bulletproof wraith" thread Harley started a long while ago, you can see his take on the transmission. I basically followed most of his advice, except I still have the Wraith plastic housing. But he has the right idea there, just do your homework to make sure you order parts that fit. The AX10 stuff is different, so it does matter how you mix and match.

I'd recommend Robinson gears. I stripped idle replaced with Robinson now she's on the bench and the big gears stripped will order a Robinson when funds permit.
