Vanquish, fit and finish. really great quality.
Or you could look into some of the vendors on here that make complete custom axles.

Vanquish because of the ability to use other aftermarket accessories designed for "stock" and of course their quality is second to none.

I heard the vanquish housings are sloppy on the ends where the c hubs connect

Another one for VP. They are top of the line in quality.

Beef tubes don't add strength to the ring gear area which in my opinion is the biggest benefit to aluminum housings. The bearing caps can flex away in the stock housings and cause nasty gear issues.

I plan on swapping to Vanquish Housing I looked at a couple different ones at LHS and by far I think they are the best quality.

Ive got VP everything-housings/chubs/knuckles/axles/etc and the fit of the chub onto the housing isnt loose, its sloppy. Im not impressed. The alu housings also dont slide over rocks as easily. Im a fan of VP products but not the housing/chub fit, which is a MAJOR problem imo

I run the VP housings, and I really like them. Though I have heard comments from DittoHead and others regarding sloppy cHubs, I can state that the cHub's on mine are plenty tight. I have no doubt that they have sloppy mounts, since they are reputable members of this community, and wouldn't say it were so if it weren't. That being out of the way, VP is not the only option. Integy sells complete axles. I can't speak to the quality, but they exist none the less. RC4WD also makes housings. They are well known for quality as well as for great customer service. They're axles cost less too, when you consider they come with bearing caps, cHubs, and lockouts. They also have an option for a centered axle. I wrote quite a bit more on this on my blog.

The rc4wd are pretty nice I have them and the rear is a centered axle. Great quality and look great with arb diff covers on them. And I like them the most because not alot of people have them like vp products

With the RC4WD can you use VP knuckles and c-hubs? I like the looks of them for sure but have VP hubs and knuckles that I like because they are red anodized.

Nope, RC4WD made the axle tube ends all weird. You can only use their stuff I bought them right when they came out but never even installed them because of it. Ended up giving them to a friend of mine.
