Default Sidewinder 3 esc

I had a holmes hobbies brxl that just stopped working I checked all connections battery was good just no power going to it anyway I was recommended a sidewinder 3 and noticed it says for cars up to 5 pounds I don't know the exact weight of my wraith but it is fairly heavy should I be concerned about that or no also I'm running a holmes hobbies torque master expert 40 turn motor anybody know if this setup will be ok I got the sidewinder used no manual thanks in advance for your help

The 5lb reference I would say is relative to an SCT or such going fast where lugging that weight around is hard on the motor & esc.
With a 40t brushed it's unlikely to bother the esc
