Default Dynamic concepts body.

Any one have one? Is it a pain to change the battery if it under the hood?

Which one of the DC bodies are you looking at?

I have the DC Rubi Wraith body with the hood cut and hinged.
Very easy to change batteries. My build thread has pictures of the hood.

I would PM Kurt at Dynamic Concepts to see if they have come up with a solution for a removable hood for the k5 body.

Check out the last page of this thread if you haven't seen it.

It looks like you could easily cut that hood to open, then use cable clamps for hinges. I guess you would need hood pins or velcro maybe.

That's my thought I'm just worried about how the front genders would stay on?

You could put small screws in the fenders using the stock Wraith holes. I am sure that could work.
