| What bearings is everyone running?
What bearings is everyone running besides the stock bearings? I am pretty sure my front pinion bearing is on the verge of spitting and I can't find where anyone talks about bearings. Is there alot of difference in them? |

Fast eddy. He has a wraith kit that includes every bearing on the wraith.

Are those bearing good quality. I found them form about $20. but I also found some that were around $100. Are they that much better?

im running traxxas bearings. pretty much the same china junk that comes on the wraith. bearings are a maintenence item and need to be serviced and replaced as needed. 20 kit is cheap most likly china junk. 100 dollar kit is maybe abec3 bearings wich is low end of the bearings alittle better then china junk |

I have a pack of bronze bushings in the mail. I'm going to use them on the pinions since the bearing just isn't big enough to handle the loads that big power puts on them. I will end up with Fast Eddy's everywhere else when the time comes.

| I've been thinking the same. I have some left over from my TLT that I have been considering putting in the pinion. When those bearings go out, it's never good for your gears. They will begin to shear quicker than a fat kid can eat a cup cake. I'm thinking I will just swap the interior though. I've never seen an exterior fail, and I'd rather keep friction at a minimum.

| Re: What bearings is everyone running? I am assuming you are talking about 5mm x 11mm x 4mm bushings, where did you get them from?
