Size: 71.8 KBHe everyone! Finally got a Wraith. Wow, this thing is fun. I got it used and it was completely stock. Had to make it my own right away. I've had this for less than a week. 1st thing I did was add the g-made G-Transition shocks. Love em! Got them set to the "sprung" setup now. Might swap the springs for the droop setup. Not sure. Want to try out this way a little longer. Seems real good the way they are setup now. Attachment 228871
Next was to paint the seats and add floor mats. I used adhesive foam for the floor mats. Attachment 228873
Third was to move the electronics out back and battery forward. Made a custom plate to mount the receiver box and speed control to. Then took some plastic diamond plate and painted it with plasti-dip and made another plate to hide the electronics. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1362524246610.jpg

Then some body paint, hinged the hood, and some off road lights. Axial kit AX30709. Great kit! It comes with mounting options for the Wraith, SCX Dingo, SCX Honcho and the EXO..Tons of spare parts. Actually got my hood hindges from this kit. Name: uploadfromtaptalk1362524636179.jpg

Oh yea. And some VP Chubs and CVD axles. Also made an aluminum steering link set up. 645MG servo. Not to happy with the servo. Any suggestions? Thanks for looking. More to come I'm sure.

Thanks. I've got the 2 cell running the rig and the small 3 cell for the lights. I plan on adding many more.

Yes. Cut them right away. I've got some r35 ripsaws, that I cut also. Just need to get some beadlocks to mount them on.

Fastback mod! I like it. Not sure if I should braze it up for spare tire carrier or just some scale accessories?

looking awesome, love the fastback,

you thought about shaveing the sidewalls? i shaved my sidewalls and cut the lugs same asyou and the r35s are rock grabbing monsters. they also handle in the dirt noticably better then stock

i personelly wouldnt put a spare outback, it wouldnt handle very good but could get a few scale points in the scale comps. spares seem to big, and dont look very good to me

Your Wraith is super clean dude, well done. I love the paint scheme. I painted my chassis comp orange with black body panels highlighted with green decals similar to what you have goin on. The colors look great!

Nice. I was thinking of cutting my lugs in half like that with the Dremel. Let me know if its worth it or not.

What do you use to cut the tires, an Xacto Knife?
