Agreed! I own both and they are the biggest waste of time, money, and resources. Unless you want to have frickin fun! Now, make up your mind and get out your wallet! Just buy one, then decide which one you want....

I know its hard work to do a search on this site and look at pictures but if you plan on buying a rig then you better at least know what rig you want because these can get very expensive. Get what you want not what some dork on the worldwide inter web says to get. Mmmmkay? Good day to you sir

All joking aside, just buy what you think that you will be happy with.... Then trade it for what you really want!

You will always want the next new thing!

If you want a crawler, buy the AX10 RidgeCrest
If you want a scale rig, then buy the SCX-10
If you want a rock race,r then buy the Wraith
If you want to save time, buy all three now because you will end up with all three anyway.

Or you could just buy the Wraith lower it with a slow turn motor and run it on 3s to get all 3 in one vehicle.

While mom is making you lunch ask her what she thinks you should get.
Or you could get really wild and do some research on both rigs, but then would have to make up your own mind on what to get.

PRO'S
1 You research both trucks and pick which one best suits you.
2 You spend your $$ on what you like , not on what someone else likes.
3 You upgrade as needed because of the research.
4 Your happy with your new truck because it's what you wanted.

CON'S
1 You let someone else pick your truck because you didn't research.
2 You don't like the truck because it's not what you wanted.
3 You spent your money on something someone else picked for you.
4 You have a costly paper weight you don't really like.

So many insightfull people...gotta love it. Yes, its possible to do the research and still want opinions. As for pros and cons, as said above, it depends on what you're looking for. If you want a rig that everyone has, Wraith...something less common, Scorp. Look at the number of people viewing the specfic forums. Wraith might be easier to sell, if you decide to. Truth be told, what are you looking for? Capable crawler, Scorp out of the box. Playing on trails? Wraith. Roughly its like asking should you get a Banshee quad or a Polaris 4x....both have their place.

As someone said above, you'll want both eventually.

Up grade after breakage with lots if research.

If you do to much research before breakage accures youl end up upgrading before breakage and not getting alir off good use out of perfectly good stick parts

Yes.

Unless you state what you want to do with it. No one (including yourself) can help make that decision.

I say look at the Twin Hammers. Scale looks with a mix of rock crawling and go fast fun.
