Default Castle Link and Traxxas ET-3s Issue

Hello, question - has anyone had an issue with their USB connection after initial connection. Here's the scoop, just installed Holmes Hobby's BL540 and a Traxxas ET-3S ESC in my Wraith. I have Castles 10a BEC wired in, using a Turnigy 5000mah 3s battery and Turnigy GT3 radio system. I connected the Castle Link and was able to disable the CLL feature and upload the config, all was fine and combo is almost where I want it. When I came back in to make another adjustment the Castle Link would not link to the ESC. The software sees and confirms the USB connection but the red LED is constant on on the Castle link. I had noticed that the drop down box in the Castle Link software does not list the Traxxas ESC. Stumped, have emailed Castle but just wondered if anyone has had the same issue.

Maybe you need a software update? or just reboot your computer? I don't know anything about programming Traxxas stuff...sorry not much help.
