Default beef tubes rear axle...

I installed my tubes into the rear housing, go to slid in the axle shaft and it wont fit. The part on the shafy that stops it from entering the diff to far is what is stopping it. Can you put tubes in the rear housing? Anyone else have an issue? Ive tried searching and came up with nothing that helps me... any help or suggestions would be good. I was thinking of grinding down that stopper but dont know if it would work or go to far into the locker
..

You just need to turn that lip down a little. You should be able to leave enough of it to keep it functional.
