|  can i reuse the wraith VP chub and wraith VP knuckles on the SCX kit?
I have extra parts from my wraith and want to use it on my AX90027 SCX10™ 2012 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 1/10th Scale Electric 4WD - Kit have these: Axial XR-10, Wraith Incision Chubs Axial Wraith Chubs c-hub XR-10 ax30762 ax80062 Axial Wraith Knuckles axial wraith steering knuckles ax80061 ax30760 want to put it on this AX90027 SCX10™ 2012 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 1/10th Scale Electric 4WD - Kit Axial Racing - SCX10 |

Hmm.. Nope.. The axle ends where you mount the chubs are way diffrent on the SCX compared to the Wraith. You need this instead.. --->> Axial AX10 stage 1 kit |

They are different and won't mount up. The AX/SCX axles have the chub holes on the front and back, AR60 are on the top and bottom.

With beef tubes, one can rotate them so the c-hub holes are top/bottom to accommodate the wraith/xr stuff. I did the xr conversion with that method. Of course a lil bit of editing is required for the xr universals to fit length wise. So to answer the question, it can be made to work. But definitely not a bolt on and go mod. |
