| Rtr tires?
I was reading on a thread that someone posted about the ripsaws that are the softer compound then the ones that come on the rtr. Is this still true ? Only reason I ask is I seen a thread that someone commented how the softer ripsaws smelled funny out of the box. When I got my rtr out the box the first thing I noticed was the rubber smell from the tires and they felt soft at least to me. However being new I have nothing to compare them to. sent from old rotary phone using tapatalk |

yes they do make a softer compound but there are plenty of other tires to choose from as well that are really good. Check out this page, you will find the R35 Compound(softer) axial ripsaw tires along with plenty other! 2.2 Tires |

I just got the new soft B F G 2.2 Krawler tires in th soft compound and they seem way softer / stickier than the stock Krawler 2.2 tires. Will be mounting them up today for the wraith. And yes those stock 2.2 tires did have a crazy smell to them.

my rtr bf's smell like rubber. I added weights and a droop kit and my rtr bf's came to life. I was skeptical at first about them and thought i needed to get some pitbull 2's, but im pretty satisfied for now.
