| wraith skid options
I am building a rig for my wife and I want to use a wraith transmission with dig to have the option of 2wd or 4wd. I will be flipping the transmission so that the rear output will be in front. I am having a hard time finding wraith skids. Will an scx skid work? Those are easy to find on ebay. Also what other parts are needed to make the dig function work? Servo mounts, linkages, etc? The transmission I am buying is an rtr unit pulled from a new truck that is complete. Will be making a c channel frame based off of Crispy and using wheely king axles. Thanks in advance!

Just searched for "wraith skid" and came up with only alloy skids. Would rather use a stock plastic one. Thats the reason I asked about the scx skid. I'll check out the classifieds too.

When I searched there were at least 4 sets of stock plastic wraith skids...but the one in the classifieds is cheaper at 12.00 |

Looks like I missed the one in the classifieds so I'll keep looking. It would be nice if the transmission mount holes were the same as the scx so I could use an scx width bumper mount and crossmembers.

The holes used to mount the tranny are the same for the Wraith and SCX. The skids are different sizes though.
