Default Solid stainless rod chassis.

Just got started on this last night. Will be all rig welded, the material will be 316 3/16 solid stainless rod, all hand bent and trying to model off of this truck.
Same size as the bottom section of the wraith chassis.

So far i have 28feet of the stuff in 4ft sections, will be working on it on weekends due to all honors classes, and not having any time. I'm excited to get this off the ground.

Definatly, but i have the power and drive train for it. I'm taking my wraith drive train. Pro 4 HD 3500kv mmp, 3s. Full rrp tranny, mip driveshafts, hardened ring and pinions, rear steer axial uni's in both, axial chubs, and vanquish knucks. 3/16 304 stainless threaded links with jato large rodends (revo's with twice the area to thread into)

Actually can be built light weight. My frames are coming in at 6.5lbs ready to crawl with over sized 1/8 scale electronics. Next frame I'm going to shiir for the 5lb mark.

I think the OPs frame will be in the 8lb area ready to crawl. Which isn't to bad many belonged out plastic framed wraiths are heavier.

That rig you posted in the 1st post is made from brake line, I've seen it in person.

I'm aware, but i wanted something one off, and stronger. Brake like wouldn't hold up for my. I'm nt modeling completely off of this truck anymore, but i'll have it semi close.

Nice work on the chassis fab. Going to stick with the stock wraith upper link skid geometry?
