| Blue Monkey IFS build help
Hi Everyone. I bought a kit a while back from BMRC, aswell as the trailing arms and a few other bits and pieces and have been collecting up the other parts since to build an IFS Wraith. I dont have an exo to start from so have collected all the parts on the parts list that was kindly compiled and on here somewhere. I have a couple of questions, which I could so with some help with. (I am sure there will be heaps more to come!) This is where I have got to with a very quick build up (only a handful of bolts etc) just to try and work out how it all goes together My first question is the bolts that hold the front suspension arms on. On the pics on the BMRC site the bolts are long enough to go all the way through, which is fine, I can grab some, but what are people doing for spacers / shims to take out the space between the toe blocks and the suspension arms? The image below shows some neater looking spacers. Any advice much appreciated! Rgds Pete |
