Default Pro line shocks

I am thinking of going with the shorter powerstrokes for the build I am just starting. How much articulation am I giving up? I've read all the posts I could find and I like the lower stance of the rig on shorter shocks however this will be a mixture of a crawler and trail truck. An all around ttc.

Thanks in advance.

the shorter power strokes give up a lot of range and articulation as DrDiff said...you would be better off running the longer rear slash power strokes, I run them and they work perfectly

If I put a lowering kit does that effect articulation or just stance? I like the low stance and stability

Do you run the longer or shorter ones on your 1.9?

Anyone know the OverAll Length and stroke (or compressed OAL) on the Pro-Line shocks? Tower has 118mm length on the long rear (6063-01) and 98.5mm on the shorter front (6063-00), but nothing on compressed length or travel. The "scalers" (6060-00) are 90mm & 95mm with optional +5 rod end, but also no compressed length or travel data. Would like to know where their length of travel falls in with other shocks on the market.

Shorter (front Slash) shocks, lowers it and still plenty of travel imo.

I run the front pro lines. The lower cg is worth the amount of articulation you lose. At least for me. Way less roll overs.

Fronts in the front, rears in the rear for me. Rear upper mount flipped, upper mount ~10mm above the forward hole. Front are in the forward hole as well, no kit. Softest large springs, one step harder on the small springs. 30wt in the front, 20wt in the rear. All lower mounts in lowered position. Took me a long time to get this working how I like it, it sits nice and low
