Default Gmade xd103 piggyback or Pro-Line Powerstroke ?

Ok so the time has come to buy new shocks do I go with gmade xd103 piggybacks or spend the extra money on a set of proline Powerstroke slash rear shocks? I only want to spend the money once I'm leaning towards pro-line based off of reviews

This maybe a spanner in the works but hey-ho! When I read shock threads I see a lot saying Power Strokes are expensive buy the Traxxas Big Bores instead. Other than the Power Strokes are threaded do they both hold the same volume of oil? If so assuming you are running droop or have the right springs the Big Bores would be better by being cheaper and performing as well?

Does the dual rate actually have any benefit? I also see a lot of people remove the springs and run the stock Wraith springs...

Choices...
