|  Looking for CMS, 1.9, panhard ideas....
A while back I bought a Level 3 cms on ebay. What I didn't realize then is that I bought one that does not include a panhard mount. Any ideas what I could do about the frame side panhard mount? Does anybody sell one? I thought I saw one a while back but can't find it now.  |

you will need a whole new servo mount. I would get the vanquish one. Vanquish Products Wraith Chassis mounted Servo KIT Vanquish Products Wraith Panhard KIT You should be able to sell the axle mount quite easily. |

That vanquish one is pretty much the same as what I have pictured above. I don't see a panhard mount on it. Edit...nevermind. Didn't realize the second link had it. Last edited by KBR97; 01-29-2015 at 01:29 PM. |

I'm actually thinking about making one after looking at the difference between the level3 with mount and without mount. I drew up a template that I can use to cut out a small piece of aluminum or even steel. I can shorten the spacer on the cms a little and mount it behind the front plate. Something like this... I'd sell the Level3 junk. Then stand the servo up like the SCX kits from RCBros and RC3WD do, making sure that servo is mounted so that servo arm points forward (like the steering knuckle arms) this should get the best steering. Make your own panhard mount. |

there isn't one. I personally like the sideways mount but I prefer the rc4wd or vp mount.

For me over half the fun is making my own parts. I did a cms and panhard on my scx10. Turned out great with no bump steer.
