My gearing is at 18t/87T. I have a Tekin T35 Pro on the way. I have weighted the wheels, and modified the stock tires by slicing the lugs and removing every other lug. Rear tires were finished when photo was taken. I also made a tow strap that is wrapped around the front bumper mount

Looks good, however I would lose the servo saver.

I've burned through two servos without the servo saver, have been seriously thinking of removing it, but don't want to fry another servo with the 2.2s and serious weight in them.

yeah man, I used rare earth magnets to secure to the chassis, because I don't like the look of clips on the hood, and figured it would cut down on pop ups and hood breakage.

Took the Wraith with the Tekin 35t out for it's maiden run, and it's got mad crawling performance. It's now going to be a dedicated crawler.

Finally flipped the diffs to run the motor correctly. Broke a frame rail on the last run. Painted the shifter sticks and the center of the steering wheel silver for a little more scale realism

I picked up some aluminum body panels from Advanced Metal Fabrication on the 'bay. Straight sided side panels and a rear filler panel with hook, skid plate/ light protectors.

Nice wraith, a little too much bling blaeu for my taste, but still looks good.

If you are sick of burning servos or breaking teeth, try running a chassis mounted servo setup with a panhard bar.
Thats how I'm running my wraith. With a 440oz savox servo. It might be the servo itself or the panhard bar, but I haven't blown a servo since I got it, and I beat my wraith like it owes me money. The dents in my diff cover are proof.

Where's that crawling spot at, up in the high desert?

Did your integy drive shaft lose the cylinder retaining pin yet? They are very ill designed but i wish i would have elecrically taped the retaining ring down. I might have gotten more than 30 minutes out of the set i bought. They were cheap at the hobby shop and my gf's wraith drive shaft needed immediate replacement.

Vasquez Rocks in Agua Dulce. Santa Clarita Valley about 8 miles east of Magic Mountain. You may remeber the terrain from a few episodes of Star Trek.
A Savox is next when the hitec fries, and I replaced servo saver with aluminum horn.

I've lost a set screw and had to back-track to find the drive shaft. I put a drop of CA on the pins and retainer rings, I've never lost a pin but pins have shifted and slipped out of line, dropping the shaft. My biggest issue with these are the big pivot pins oval-ing out and binding up.
