Default Vanquish Knuckle Weights

Do the VP knuckle weights work with their scale knuckles? If not, any others out there that would? I'd prefer to stay away from wheel weights. Thanks!

I dont know of any knuckle weights that work with the scale knuckles.

The knuckles I offer dont work with scale knuckles either but they are a knuckle that is a weight and knuckle all in one. Link below.

Why don't your knuckles work with scale clamping c hubs? The overall height and 8* offset is the same so I'd imagine there would be no problems.

They do work with the HUBS.

I was trying to say that I dont have a weight that bolts on to the scale KNUCKLE, as the OP was asking, I think.

Yep, that's what I was asking. Already have the scale knuckles, just looking for a way to add some weight without adding them to the wheels.

I don't think anyone has a weight set for those knuckles. They don't lend themselves to such a thing.

You bought the wrong knuckles. The standard VP knuckles are fantastic and pretty much everyone sells weight holders for them. You bought pretty knuckles that you want to cover up with weights. See an issue?

LOL, I was thinking... maybe I shouldn't even post in here since my knuckles are not considered scale (even though they are) but then I changed my mind when I thought about the OP asking about a brass ring covering up the whole knuckle.

Even if you dont agree that my knuckles are scale, they still have to be way more scale than a scale knuckle surrounded by a round piece of brass.

How about some Beef tubes, if you don't allready have them.

Dlux you're just a scale nerd. I must be too, I even run a pickup body and scale tires!

Can't go wrong with beef tubes. They don't add a whole lot of weight but they help for sure.

I hear ya. I dig the look of the scale knuckles and chubs. They sure are purdy! I'll have to figure out something else for weight. No big deal. Just thought I'd see if anyone had made anything to work with them. Putting out feelers. I'm so new to 1:10, I didn't really know how the knuckle weights worked anyway. Thanks for everyone's input! Eric D_lux, if I was building a Toyota, you better believe I'd have your knuckles. They look exactly like birfields!

The c hubs are fantastic since they clamp on. The knuckles... not so much in my feeble opinion. But I love their standard knuckles since the provide so many options for steering arms and can be used front or back of the knuckle.
