Default Gpm steering links. Axial universal.

I installed both of these on my wraith spawn. Fit and function perfect but I've no slop at all. I tried not to overtighten and even left little loose. Has rubber rings. Is this normal when upgrading to aluminum. Everything really solid and tight. Actually seems awesome. Also have the axial alum servo horn. Really solid smooth. I thought maybe a little slop would be good to help with impacts, binding not sure. Seems like i see sloppy links in vids. But I suppose the rubber will allow for a little shock. Any comments on this I'd really appreciate. Thanks!!!!

Got some pics of or links to what you installed so we don't have to try & find it?

I'm finding this:

my guess is the metal ball-ends ride in rubber bushings? If so, not gonna last long... but if they are nylon they'd be OK.

Never understood the "stylized" look of GPM links.

Later I'm going to take pics and upload some pics to photobucket of my wraith. I'll include the front end. I'm thinking about starting a YouTube account also for video. I'm really really behind on all of this, I'm sorry.

That's it but black which doesn't look as extreme. I'm going to try and figure out how to get some pics on here.

Heres my front end. It works great. super smooth, quick. When I grab the steering links and wiggle or twist, nothing. Rock solid. Doesnt feel like anythings in an bind or could break. Yes I believe its the rubber bushings.
