Default Not your typical wraith....

I had a steel Bomber cage, a wraith skid and trans, some low ratio axles and other bits lying around so I built this.

We have
- xtra speed steel bomber cage
- xtra speed scx10 ii geared wraith axles
- xtra speed aluminium trans
- RC4WD delrin skid
- wraith wheels
- hpi drift car motor
- 1080 esc
- vanquish and xtraspeed steering/lockouts
- team dc crawler shocks
- orange plastic from a text book all cut up

Anyway, let me know what you think.

Thanks,

I'm actually pretty happy as how the panals came out, I haven't finished them, was just a proof of concept

I just ordered that same rear axle for my Wraith, still going to keep the AR60 front for the overdrive effect. Looks like a pretty solid setup that makes a lot more sense than spending about the same on a rtr and then replacing everything anyway!

The axles are great, but not the strongest, I snapped the steering link on one of the knuckles, I did hit a pole, but still. I'd also recommend getting a new diff and locker down the track.

As far as bang for your buck goes, the complete set of axles rtr cost me less then one curry axle with no internals....

These are a solid upgrade, and an easy way to get into a lower gear ratio
