Default Complete Generic built Wraith

Hi All, I have been off the forums for quite some time but recently I began looking at the aftermarket bits and pieces available for Wraiths and slowly put together an entire build using parts from China. I know its not pure and some may not like what I am building but I am having fun and Its coming along pretty well.

I started with a steel cage that came with panels, roof rack and rack lights
The skid and Battery tray are the only Axial parts used and the battery tray was used in the back for electronics and Fuel cell receiver box mounting
Complete aluminum axles
Samix titanium links
Boom Racing Bad A$$ ball ends
KYX aluminum - metal gear transmission
Traxxas E-Maxx shocks - 8 shock configuration, 15wt oil
Traxxas E+Maxx drive shafts

RC world 140mm 2.2 wheels and tires
Generic Sway bar links, custom length 1/8 music wire rod, custom links
2200KV sensored motor
120A sensored ESC
6V - 8A BEC
25KG servo
3000MAH 3s Flourion Liop
Custom fabbed aluminum rear tub panels
Head and tail lights
100mm HR limiting straps
RPM blower and side pipes
Custom 3D printed Hood detail
Stainless hardware
Red aluminum washers and lock nuts throughout
Aluminum shock converted into steering linkage / servo saver (plunger mid way separated by 2 pieces of compressed fuel tubing)
Bungee rooof net

Really fun build so far

Haven't decoded on interior yet - working out some small design issues.
Bent a titanium lower link (landed on one rear tire from about a 12" drop)- not sure what to do there>
need to thread lock the set screws on the Sway Bay arms
motor gets quite hot - might need to gear down a bit
the sensored system is really smooth (really good low speed control) and top speed is not crazy but I need to get a handle on the temps

Nice, I buy most of my parts from eBay, because frankly this shit can get expensive and I don’t know if the more expensive shit like fancy drive shafts or links are worth the money when my cheap crap has held up fine for my use. Where do you source yours from? Nice rig!

a little tip if you get tired of the roof rack lights getting messed up when you flip you can actually mount the roof rack upside down inside the truck so the lights are then inside the truck that is what i did with mine but that being said it does look much better the way you have it but im more about functionality then looks awesome rig man we have a very similar
