the rear axel is different because you can get the upgrade kit so that each wheel can be locked independantly.

Sintered metal, just like the Axial HD lockers.

I'm really excited about this rig because:

It will offer tremendous parts support.

No hassles of overheating motors due to worm gears.

Can no doubt make it lighter than my Berg rig.

I agree on the cutting brakes being huge for experianced drivers.

The BTA steering looks good.

Already running a Bull Dog stance. (Narrowed rear axle)

A production rig to bring newbs on the scene with minimal first time build frustration!!!!!

Boys, I think Axial has hit pay dirt with this one!!! Granted there will be bugs I am sure, but there is always something we fix! LOL!
