Yes, when my rig pulls up on something at a steep angle, I do not want it to unload the suspension too quick.

I am running the machined pistons with,

20wt oil up front with losi white springs.

And

90wt oil in the rear with losi red springs.

I run the shock mounts flat with the top of the chassis front and rear.

I recently switched so the front was one hole from the highest point and I so far am liking the results.

My shocks seem to be holding up great. I used what ever they had a picture of in the instruction book and the oil that came with the kit. But I'm also running a droop setup.
