Default SNG HC High Clearance MOA Chassis for XR10, Berg and Bully axles

Hey guys here is what we have been working on lately...

They're available in Black Silver and Delrin.

Lloyd's been at it again... this is the SNG MOA Chassis version 2. Just like it's predecessor it is a 2 1/4 in wide aluminum TVP chassis design. It has a modified EEM Double Reverse Triangulation Skid Plate, 4 cross braces, & a Lexan DIG Tray. The chassis is pre-drilled to accept the EEM AX10 Velcro body mount system SC-008 as well.

Another change on this version is the square shock stays(cross braces). They have three 3mm drilled and tapped holes to allow for body post mounting, giving many option for top mounted bodies.

All the parts used in this kit are machined from high quality materials. Aluminum chassis plates are machined from 6061-T6 Aluminum plate, Chassis stays (both square and round) are machined from solid 6061-T6 Aluminum bar. Dig tray is made from genuine "Lexan" shatter resistant plastic. Lastly the SNG's Double Reverse Triangulation Skid Plate is machined from solid Delrin plate.

Item includes:

(2) Aluminum Chassis Plates (1) Delrin Skid Plate (2) Square 3 hole aluminum Shock Stays (2) Square Aluminum Chassis Stays (1) Lexan DIG Tray (4) Shock Mounting Spacers and Hardware kit for assembly.

The velcro is like super velcro, its very very.......sticky? I dont know what the word is for it but yeah it keeps the body on at all times.

On both ends (front and rear) the links are mounted inwards, on the chassis side, towards the center of the chassis. This makes the chassis a bit more stable. It's needed more on shafties than MOA's but it is good to keep the links inside the chassis anyway. It's a pretty common thing. Do some searches or check out Pirate to get a little more info and you'll see what we are talking about.

The upper link length in respect to the lower link length looks a little odd to me. Can you give some lengths of your uppers and lowers? Maybe it's an illusion but it looks like the uppers would be significantly shorter.

They are shorter for sure Harley. Heres a pic of mine setup on xr10's from the side so you can see, they are but I like it that way....Thanks for the 4pk thread too, it helped my build out a bunch! I love this chassis/setup better than any Ive ran ever, I wouldnt change a single thing about it.
