| axial kit beadlock screws
Man, maybe im using a cheap driver or the screws are cheap. or maybe im trying to tighten them to much, im just trying to get the ring flush mounted. and im stripping out my screws. anyone else? I thought about tapping the holes for threads on a bigger screw. like a #4 maybe or something. using integy hex head drivers |

Use your fingers and squeeze the the beadlocks down so the screw doesn't have to.

Had issues with that also. I just tried to keep good pressure on your driver like your pushing the bit into the srcew. Thats what worked for me.

I went looking around for some different screws, couldnt find any at local places. checked 2 different hobby shops. no chance. i have one whel left for it . ill try these tips.

If you have any super glue, or CA glue, you can kind of repair the damage. Get a drop of glue in the hole and screw it down, and let it set. Make sure you don't get too much glue in there and glue the wheel to the tire to the beadlock ring. |

i had the same thing, counter sink the rings a little bit more and run 4/40,no tapping, no drilling.

Had the same issue, mine turned out to be the drivers. Bought some higher quality ones, instantly solved the problem. Dynamite Machined Hex Driver set (4) Metric = $30 |

I was using a brand new hex on mine and they still started stripping. I am going to order a bunch of 3 mm from mcmastercarr for mine. Or a new set of aluminum vanquish dh's!!! |
