1 Ounce = 28.35 Grams

1 Pound = 16 Ounces or 453.6 Grams

1.9 Ounces = 54 Grams

Ok I still haven't installed my VP stuff yet so I have the weights on these but I don't have the stock weights, still running them in my rig.
