| Buying the XR10 Kit Q's
Are there any differences in XR10 kits? The reason I ask is the huge price differences. I have seen them as low as 239$ with free shipping on ebay. Were the earlier production kits flawed (thus discounted)? Have improvements in quality control on later kits been implemented? I'm basically planning on following the Harley recipe, my Holmes Torquemaster 540's are on the way.

After you buy the kit for the lowest price. Then buy 9mm bearings and drill the motor plates or buy the VP plate before you build the kit. Dont bother with the stock bearings.
