Default XR10 Electronics help...

Hey guys,
Got a question for you. I gotta SMOKIN deal for an XR10 on ebay. It's set up with 45 turn integy motors & a punk dig but no esc. I currently run a Losi Comp Crawler & this is my 1st experience with an moa. My question is...I run a DX3R & have no desire to buy a new radio. What esc or escs should I run? What about a bec? I do have 2 18.5 ballistic novak/ escs with becs but know that 99% run brushed. Is it possible to take that novak esc/escs & run those brushed motors? Basically I want the best solution possible short of buying a new radio. ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

Id get a MM Pro, or a HH Torque Master, and be done and darn happy with it.
