Default T1e SS VP10

I've been slowly putting time and money into my XR and have finally gotten it to where I like it. Just waiting on my shocks to arrive and I'll be set.

specs.

TIe Rockshow SS
Team Brood 45T LE (Thinking I might switch to 35T soon)
Dual MMP
Everthing VP (no need for the toppers imo)
7950
Boss Claws on DNA's
CC Bec
Revo push rod Uppers
4PK
RC4WD Gears
Chaotic Crawlers Steering Tierod
Big Bores (2660) are on the way w/Jeepindoug & mini t's

Sit's kind of high with the losi shocks, just under 4.25"

I didn't cut to many corners on this build.

I Still havn't decided on a my tire/foam set up. I keep wanting to go back to the Sedonas but haveing fairly good luck with the Claws. Time will tell.

Some Pic's. I'll get some on the Rock pics up a little later.

Good start man. Looks good! Try some traxas bb shocks (3.5") and maybe shorten up the upper links in the front. Looks like you need to lower her down about an inch.

Keep up the good work man!

If your wheel base comes up short. Put a jato end on the chassis end of your lower links and it should help out your castor also. . Itty is right on the way the caster looks. If you add more caster to it. (tilt the axle backwards). It will steer sharper amd dig better.

That is awesome. when I saw it it looked like a mini. To bad they don't make an XR18 1.9 MOA Now that would be amazing.

LOL I wish. We should all email Axial and ask them to make one That would be so cool if they did. That would take out a MRC Pro.

Looking good. So what did you use for the first pics? Was it really a tilt shift lens? Cool effect!

Well...I think it was my buddies lack of experience with his new Canon EOS 5D Mark II. Combined with a portriat lens, not to mention the way my truck was setup with being a little short and sitting pretty high with the 4" shocks. Basically these photos were not intentional taken to show this effect.

To Bad... it is a cool effect.

quick update.

I got the shock end mod done on the big bores.. makes a big difference. truck is sitting at just over 3.5" at the back of the skid.

I'm thinking about getting some new wheels for it, but a little un sure about what I want. Like the VP wheels but want something different. any suggestions that will work with the knuckle weights would be appreciated.

I have custom rear weight retainers being made, need to get some weights ordered up for them.

I will update with pics soon.
