It also depends on the type of rock, we crawl smooth slatelike rock and the boss claws are useless not a patch on rovers. I've got a set of white dot sedonas to try on Sunday, I have high hopes. posted via tapatalk |

We have a massive amount of traction down here in Florida, Cape rock, Used Concrete. Most of us run HB Sadonas in the front and HB Rovers in the rear. They really hook up. Good luck.. |

| Pro-Line Chisels work pretty good but are kinda unpredictable on some types of rock. I havent tried it yet, but 2.2 super swampers may do ok too. Over all I run HB Sedonas or Rovers....I have also been using a super cut up set of rovers that are pretty much pin tires, XJ Farmer named em B-rovers.

| chisels work well but not for the price. they absolutely will not perform in wet conditions compared to other tires. if you are always in a dry climate when you run and rarely get rain, you may have the most success with them, however, i agree with the previous posts on tire choices. i have run.. chisels g8 rovers white and blue xlocks comp claws have not used boss claws but i don't think they would work as well in my area. you can watch youtube vids of different people running and determine for yourself what you think works well. i love my white dot rovers. my buddy runs whites in front and blue in the rear, and it helps it to not get caught up as much. i'm not quite convinced to do that. consider what foams also. CI foams are legit. i need to order some for the rear. |

Have been using it for almost 2 years now and have had very good luck. The guys in Missouri nicknamed it the mullet combo.. Business in the front, party in the back... I really want to try the Sedona / Pin Tire cut-n-shuts that Crawler innovations is putting together. For the $$ I think a set of white dot Sedonas and CI foams would be the way to go. If you go to the Crawler Innovations site, just order it all from them. Those guys won't turn you wrong. And if you tell them your running conditions and weight of rig, etc, they will help dial you in on foam set up. | |
