Just got my xr10 from my LHS a couple of hours ago, just finished the axles.   |

just as frdtrkguy said, knew about axle problems and figured i'd make it couple months, yep only lasted 2 weeks and stated popping gears , bearings, fixed them then staring having clicking problems. went to VP cases and bearing upgrades, also did the brass insert mod to case halves also, and VP upper link with traxxas bushing in it. Everythings works fine now. |

i haven't done any of the VP mods yet, but i've heard of these problems and plan on getting some VP goodies after the holidays. Pics will come soon. P.S. what a pain in the ass this thing is to build!  |

Build Plan: 2 FXR pros 35 or 45 turn holmes hobbies(haven't picked one yet)  Castle Bec Futaba 6ex Hitec monster torque servo Proline chisels Hopeing to get my hands on a mantis chassis for it eventually, I guess ill have to wait til I can see the classifieds on here. |
