Is that ally link solid?

...thick walled ally won't need drilling and it'll be light and strong - my Al links are lighter than my Ti ones!

You guys are finding ally tube thats thick wall ? Obviously for 3 mm stud if your going light ?

4mm alu all-thread? In my shock caps (CO caps) I screwed a 4x16mm into the revo end and lopped off the button head, filed it down smooth, then loctited and screwed it into the shock cap. The capless alu 4mm screw does not even register on my scale

My 1/8" stainless rear uppers weigh the same as my old ti ones and there almost twice as long !!
