| Boss claws
Getting some boss claws for my chaotic special lw, any tips on shaving the sidewalls ? An how does this affect the performance ? Any tips on foams to run in these ? Thanks |

Use a die grinder or 90* flapper disk on your dremmel. It will soften up the sidewalls. CI 5.25" Closed Cell foams....the outers will depend on the weight of your truck and personal preference. |

A belt sander makes very quick work or it. A 4.5" angle grinder with a flap disc works well also. With the dremmel you will be there for a while but it works as well.

| Re: Boss claws I've found the belt sander to be too fast and uncontrollable. I like to cut the lugs as short as possible (which lessens the dremmel work), then use a dremmel which give me more precision...
