Default My take on YSS Crawlers DD chassis.

Lets start this build off with some overnight parts from Japan.

I'm not a fan of doing build threads but for this special "one of a kind" chassis I felt one was warranted. The chassis showed up nicely packaged and free of damage. The machine work is flawless and the CF is high quality. I plan on building this truck very close to what Yoshi ran at nationals with a few tweaks. I'm waiting on parts so I can't post much progress at this time but I'm sure looking forward to building and driving this truck. I wont snooze you with a tech list but I will update parts information as I move along the build. Most of the parts being used are standard per XR10 builds in the hobby.

Quick Update

I put the chassis together just to test fit the parts and everything fits perfect. Very quick assembly and pretty straight forward, I had some troubles using the jato ends since some of the rod end balls are different which tweaked the chassis, quick fix though. So far I'm digging this chassis.

No doubt, very cool chassis that's outside the box. Soon as I saw it in the National's thread I was hoping he would produce the chassis.

For the price I don't believe one can go wrong in giving this chassis a shot. I just hope I can drive it as well as Yoshi!

Takes me back to when I started crawling with a belly dragging AX10. I cant wait to get it up and running and she how it does for me. It's always fun to build and drive something unique.

Great Great Great!!

Thank you and I look forward to see how you build the rig!

After the Nationals, I built few DD's, I have no doubt that shock stroke limitation is the last part you should do, Believe me, thats the smoothest way to build the DD
