| Snow getting stuck in the bellcrank
It's a stupid problem, but I haven't come up with a good solution yet. Up here in the great white north winter has arrived which is good because that's the exact reason I bought this rig. We're running into an issue though with snow getting in between the bell crank and the front diff, and then turning into ice and before you know it you have no steering one way or the other, or either way lol. It's a pain to stop everytime I run through deep snow and clean the snow out. I'm going to try this morning to build a guard to keep snow out but I think that might just turn out to be a waste of my time. Anyone else run into this or have any ideas? I was even considering using some kind of product that would melt the snow out of there, but nothing would stick or work I don't think. Ideas? Oh yes, no thread is complete without pics... |

I had a similar problem. Seizing up and not enjoying the cold for very long. |
