I refuse to buy anymore hot racing parts. Have had nothing but bad luck with their stuff.... But that's just my personal experiences.

I've always had great luck with Hot Racing. Fits perfect. I have the heat sink motor mount and the heat sink motor plate. Much nicer than the stock plastic stuff. I have the sway bar on the way also.

I had a bad experience with HR two years ago when upgrading my EXO. The cvds that I ordered broke very easy and I had to excessively shim the aluminum front and rear hubs from HR. All four corners required a different amount of shimming? I tried their email support several times and never got a response.. But I have seen several folks on YouTube using HR parts for thier 1/10 yeti with great success. That is why I started this tread to see if anyone has tried them lately. I really like the look of their parts for the XL! Let me know how things go Chewie. I have around $300 in Dhawk and GPM parts on the workbench waiting on the XL kit. I have almost pulled the trigger on Dhawk shock caps but I can't quit looking at the HR piggybacks.. |

Rich at the Rcnetwork has just purchased a crapload of HR parts including the piggybacks. He should have a video up on YouTube soon. Hopefully HR has got thier act together for the XL
