Default strange yeti xl behavior...idk u tell me...

so I've said before i'll say again idk much about rc rigs...this yxl is my first one.
so today I took it out and ran it for a little bit than turned off the radio and let it sit for a few and it just went like full throttle in reverse till I turned radio back on...it did this twice to me (first I've ever seen it do this) is this normal?....

Never turn off the radio before the truck.
It is written in every rc manual too.

Hmmm maybe a fail safe setting on the ESC?... Weird but its always good practice to have the radio aka (TX) on before the receiver (RX); in the Yeti XL's case plugging in the batteries. Then power off the RX by disconnecting the batteries then turn off the TX.

Refer to page 9 in your manual to re-program your fail safe feature to a more neutral position. You or someone else could really get hurt if you turn your transmitter off while your Yeti is still powered-up.
