Default Diff cup question?

Doing a full tear down and service. Noticed the front ring gear looked not to good no clicking but has seen better days. Upon further inspection all the screws that hold the gear to the cup were loose. Not real loose but enough to be a concern. Any one else run into this?

I had a run in with this after a few bash sessions they backed out ..so then I over tightened them causing my spider gears to bind up WiCkEd hArD MiStHa ...So I ordered 425 locktite 2mm to 6mm metal to plastic low torque release or you could opt for purple permatex
When I change my motor position for my pinions I'll probably use it for that kinda of thing also..
