I haven't touched any punch or brake in esc but did turn down brake in my radio after front diff started clicking. Waiting for it to blow up to install dhawk and hd gears. I never pin it or launch it from starts, I always take off slow and get rollin then will launch it during the roll. I also try to stay away from driving it on the street since there's no give like dirt.

It'd be cool too if people included punch and brake settings as well as whether they're running 4s or 6s!

OK, here goes:

Battery: 4S
External BEC: 7.4V
Brakes: 50% in ESC, 40% in radio, 20% overall
Punch control: 50%
Throttle curve: slightly S-shaped
Brake curve: linear 0 to 100%

AVC Settings
AVC priority: 80%
ST gain: 60%
TH gain: 10%

I also have the Robinson Racing slipper set up so that if you hold the rear wheels it will lift the front off the ground by maybe 3-4"

When I drive I try not to hit things, if you hit things it tends to break no matter how many expensive bearings, gears and aluminum bits you have on it.

I run 4s and 6s. I also run the robinson racing slipper setup, I have it tightened down all the way.

Robinson racing all the way down
Aluminum front housing HD gears with BHB mod done
Ceramics in both diffs.
Dlux rear sway bar with 2nd to largest bar

Mamba monster x and CC 2200kv on 4s

Punch control at 40% brakes at 25%

I try to never punch it from a stop, sand, asphalt, stones, just never go full throttle from a dead stop. Like posted wait until it's rolling then squeeze the trigger, I never slam it full throttle. Try to never land under throttle and if it's going to land nose down I'll put the brakes on so it'll just land on its lid. I'd rather replace the plastic than blow a bearing.

My RR slipper still slips pretty good if you nail it from a stop or the tires get hung up climbing trees. I've blown two diff bearings in about 6 total packs though so not sure this is good info lol
