Default Cvd dodbone length

Every since I built my kit it seems the front dogbones ride way out in the drive cups. They pop out of the cup on occasion. This happened last night when running it and it chewed up the cup pretty bad. Seems like the length of these shafts is too short. Is there a fix for this? Do I have something assembled wrong? I am running the Hot Racing carriers and knuckles.

I've never had them pop out.. but I did notice how close they were at the end of the cup... I ordered GPM #45 steel 125mm .... they are 2mm longer and still have plenty of clearance! I needed them for my High Clearance modification

Thanks for the tip BHB. Will give those a try. When I was building the kit, I had the carriers on backwards. This made the cvd shafts ride right at the end of the drive cups. I don't think you can install the Hot Racing carriers backward. Thank you for the reply. You put out some great videos. Keep it up!!!

Far as the diff carriers I'm pretty sure that they are all symmetrical by design.. tho..

The toe rod end link ended up being mangled allowing enough play in the toe rod to let the dogbones pop out. Is there a better replacement for these huge links at the end of the toe rod?
